Unlimited Snap Tours Now you can make virtual tours for all of your listings, not just a select few. One-stop Distribution Portal This feature allows you to easily list your tours on up to 9 websites for FREE, such as Realtor.com* and Google.com (*Listing must be a Showcase listing) Convert to Video With the push of a button, you can convert your tour to MP4 video, allowing you to list your tour on YouTube.com, Google Video as well as other sites. Load the MP4 video on your iPhone, iPod or other portable video player and show your listing off anywhere. Share-It Feature Take advantage of the newest Social Network Marketing trend and choose to share your listing on 39 sites. Branded and Non-branded links You will have the choice to use your branding for all of your Snap Tours and we’ll also provide you with a non-branded version of each tour to comply with IDX and MLS branding regulations. Printable customized brochures for your listings This feature allows buyers to print a flyer of your Snap Tour, complete with your name and branding, pictures, map, and property details. Or you may choose to use these brochures in the info boxes or open houses. Your own Webpage on our Website We provide you with your own branded web page complete with all your listings increasing your position on search engines. Your listings in our National Realtor Showcase E-mail generator to send your listings to prospective clients Send your listings to prospective clients and other Realtors or allow your clients to share your listings with others. Image editor Our photo editor will allow you to scale your image, rotate it, change the brightness, and play with color temperature and saturation levels. Snap Tour Viewing Statistics You will be able to see how many times your listings have been viewed and what websites those viewers came from.
Is there a limit to the number of tours I can do every month?
No! You may do as many tours as you’d like. We never charge an “excessive usage” fee. This allows you to create tours for ALL of your listings and not just a select few.
Will my virtual tour be branded?
Your tours can be distributed as branded or non-branded, depending on what you need. After we receive your picture, it will be professionally edited and uploaded to your account. Every time you submit a tour, you can choose the format you need.
Can I upload pictures from any computer?
Yes! Because we are web-based and not software based, you can upload pictures from any computer where you have pictures stored, including PCs and Macs. And with our photo editor, you can upload them and them edit them to make your listing look as good as possible.
Do I have to be a REALTOR to use Snap Tours?
No, but you do have to submit to the US Federal Fair Housing Act. If you are a REALTOR, be sure to check the box on page 2 of 3 that asks "Are You a Realtor" on the Snap Tour Sign Up page. This will add the Realtor logo to your brochure and in other marketing materials.
What does the $49.95 start up fee include?

You can start to create tours immediately, however your photo and logo will take approximately 24 hours for our art department to set up your account. You will receive an e-mail alerting you that your account is set up and the temporary Realtor avatar will be replaced with your custom photo and branding.
How does your billing cycle work?
Once your account is set up, your account is considered active. We bill every month on the anniversary of that date. For example, if your account is considered active on June 15th, you will be billed every month on the 15th. The exception to this rule is if your account becomes active on the 29th, 30th, or 31st of a given month. You will then be billed on the 28th of each month.
When you sign up with Snap Tours, you will enter a credit card number that you wish to use for your billing. We will automatically bill your credit card every month, saving you the hassle of having one more bill to remember to pay.
What if I have a problem with my credit card?
If your credit card has expired or is declined for any reason, we will contact you by e-mail. We allow 5 business days to respond to the e-mail with a resolution. If after 5 days no resolution is received, your account will be suspended and your account will be inactive. If payment resolution is received after 5 business days, your account will be restored. You will have 28 business days to reinstate your account from the date of your missed payment. If payment resolution is not received after 28 business days, your account will be permanently closed and you will have to create a new account with us if you wish to continue to receive unlimited Snap Tours.
What happens if I'm on a Team Account and team account leader has not paid?
If you are on a Team Account and the team account leader has not paid the monthly fee for any reason, any accounts under the leaders account will be suspended. Once the team leader has paid his/her account, the other accounts will then again be active.
What if I want to cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your account at any time. Simply give Snap Tours a 10 business day notice prior to your normal billing date. Once you've cancelled your account, you will no longer be able to access your account with Snap Tours and all on-line virtual tours will no longer exist. The exception will be any tours that have been converted to video.
Which pictures will appear on my printable brochure?
The first 5 pictures you upload into your tour will automatically be printed on the flyers. However, you have the option to change them at any point.
What if I need to change any information in my listing?
You may change any information at any time in your listings. Simply log into your account, change the information and click the links you need to change.
If I no longer have a particular listing, how do I remove it from my webpage?
Simply log into your account, go to My Snap Tours and click the Delete Tour button.
Can I use my own music for my tours?
In order to prevent unintentional copyright violations, we have chosen a selection of of royalty free music for your use.
How many pictures can I use in my tours?
You may include up to 20 pictures. There is, however, a minimum of 5 pictures required. This is so the brochure feature will not have any blank spots.
What formats do the pictures need to be in to upload?
We support .gif, .jpg., and .png formats.
What is the maximum size image I can upload?
There isn't a limit to the size you can upload, however, the bigger the file size, the longer it will take to upload your pictures. Our system automatically resizes your pictures to optimize size and performance.
Can I upload video files?
No. Our system is only designed to work with photo files.
